chicago mobile makers brings youth design thinking and problem-solving workshops to local communities in a converted 20-foot step van. they hope to advocate for broader social, economic, gender, and racial diversity in the architecture and design fields through greater access to education.

the core brand pattern and custom expressive typography are built entirely from the silhouettes of children’s blocks, which are often our first exposure to design. letters were cnc-routed for flexible messaging inside the van.
